We have successfully migrated the data center in Frankfurt (FRA-01) for VPS and Elastic Compute, resulting in an upgraded network infrastructure. As a result, customers now enjoy enhanced connectivity with the implementation of a higher bandwidth network infrastructure.
Expanded Snapshot Feature Availability for Legacy VPS Instances
We have made code modifications to enable the Snapshot feature for legacy (non ‘general purpose’) VPS instances. Previously, this feature was only available for VPS instances with GP (general purpose) packs. As a result, customers with legacy VPS instances can now enjoy the Snapshot functionality, and they also receive a complimentary included Snapshot.
