Leaseweb hosts a large amount of servers in various datacenters across the world, including some in the Netherlands. We invited a number of valued Leaseweb clients to celebrate Queen’s night in Amsterdam, to get to know our customers better and enjoy some quality time together
Queen’s day is a Dutch national holiday when we celebrate the birthday of late Queen Juliana. On Queen’s night it’s a tradition to cruise through the canals, commemorating the occasion throughout the country and turning everything and everybody to Orange – the Dutch national color.
The evening started off in a boutique restaurant where everyone had the opportunity to get to know each other, while enjoying cocktails and a three-course dinner. Following dinner we enjoyed a boat trip through the famous waterways. This provided an excellent opportunity for networking and getting in the ‘orange’ spirit by wearing orange Leaseweb sweaters and crowns. Our crowd for the evening was very diverse; customers from Russia, Spain, the Netherlands and Germany. Not only were they from different countries but also from different industries; video- and monitoring experts, file sharers, resellers and online gaming companies, all sharing one passion – the Internet. The conversations spanned many topics including new technology, experiences with Leaseweb and market developments while taking in the beautiful scenery.
Listening to our customers always helps us to ensure we understand the latest requirements and confirms that we are heading in the right direction to continually improve our services. This is of course very important to us as our main focus is to exceed our customers’ expectations and to provide the best experiences for our customers, now and in the future.
Thanks everyone for a great evening, looking forward to see you next year!
