We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to share information about Leaseweb, hosting and dedicated server news, customers and our products. The Leaseweb YouTube channel was selected by us to be the latest medium to enable us to further engage with our customers and our followers. It is a great point of reference for the most recent technical and customer information we have to offer, and the feed even includes video bloopers!
Video content is an exciting way for our visitors to access and learn about the latest news from Leaseweb, but most importantly, to showcase what our customers have to say about us first-hand. We are keen to share our customer case studies, as actions really do speak louder than words. Our customers InfoSupport, AFAS, Jon Eschede, MCH+, Seneca and UFS, to name a few, have generously allowed the Leaseweb team to release their inner-journalist and interview them for our case study section. In today’s busy work environment, hard copy and PDF case studies can sometimes be difficult or time-consuming to handle. We feel video case studies are the best alternative to let our customers describe quickly and clearly their relationship with Leaseweb.
We also wanted a more dynamic platform to showcase our product portfolio. Our experts have kindly given their time to discuss each of our products, giving a detailed and expert overview of our broad product range. Up first, Lawton Cheney, Leaseweb business development manager, discusses our hosting and dedicated servers bandwidth billing and what this means to our customers. The video explains in depth how our flexible billing works, from traffic billing to 95th percentile and unmetered billing.
As is the case with any interview, there is always the odd mistake and slip up. Since these opportunities are too good to miss, a bloopers page was eagerly added to the Leaseweb video channel. Please do keep checking back to the Leaseweb YouTube channel. There is always something new to watch as our product portfolio continues to grow and new customers put themselves forward to be featured in our video case study program.
