Leaseweb’s new Abuse Handler is now live

The various Leaseweb services companies are always looking to improve the processes involved with handling abuse notifications and to increase user-friendliness.

Over the past few years, we have received valuable feedback on the abuse handling process from customers and third parties who submitted notifications. With that feedback in mind, we have developed a brand new system that will further streamline the abuse notification handling process. This system was launched on July 1st 2015 and the first responses are very positive.

Together with the launch of the new Abuse Handler, the Leaseweb website and Knowledge Base have been updated, providing guidance on the abuse processes and the abuse policy of each of the Leaseweb services companies. Further information can be found at https://www.leaseweb.com/abuse-prevention

We promote a high level of responsible behavior in connection with the use of our services. In order to keep the Leaseweb network as clean as possible, Leaseweb launched the Community Outreach Project to support organizations that monitor, identify, and combat sources of spam and cybercrime. Each of the Leaseweb companies participates in this project. The project provides servers and allocates network bandwidth to qualifying organizations identifying internet security threats such as spam, viruses, malware, and phishing. If your organization is interested in joining the Community Outreach Project, then please visit our Community Outreach page.
