Introducing the LeaseWeb Reseller Partner Program

With the new year just starting, here is an update for you on the LeaseWeb Partner Program developments and what’s in store for 2014!

LeaseWeb embarked on a new journey mid last year, kicking off the LeaseWeb Partner Network (LPN). Over the past six months, we developed the foundation and framework of the LPN, creating a platform to build and manage all types of partnerships across all levels. By providing current and future partners with on-demand infrastructure, we help them focus on their core business and augment their growth.

Not all partners are the same – with each channel partner type having different requirements and levels of engagement. That’s why we’re developing individual programs for each partner type. This will address the individual needs, making these partnerships more valuable.

First milestone: Reseller Partner Program
As part of the LPN, the Reseller Partner Program was launched on 1 January 2014. Through this program, partners can help change the way IT is perceived and utilized by their customers. Instead of using IT only for supporting business processes, they can now make it an integral part of their business – serving their customers in the best possible way.

Benefits to Authorized Reseller Partners
While LeaseWeb continues to deliver market-leading products, we also want to help our partners grow and differentiate their business to build loyalty and customer demand. We therefore enable our Authorized Reseller Partners to offer LeaseWeb products under the LeaseWeb brand name or white label them as they see fit.

Authorized Reseller Partners also benefit from:

  • 24/7 support with guaranteed 1 hour response time
  • Notification of and preferential pricing on overstock inventory
  • Up to 5 servers free of charge to test for 1 month
  • Non-disclosure evaluation of new products and technologies
  • Authorized Reseller Partner logo to showcase on their website
  • Partner Certificate
  • Lead referrals

What’s next?
There are two other key channel plays that have my attention right now. Channel Partners that add value through expertise, skills, and competencies that are complementary to hosting, and Partners that do not focus on the hosting business, yet work with companies in need of hosting services. Individual programs for each of them are currently in development and are expected to launch in the first half of 2014.     We can not start reselling, because you do not have API functions order (eg, server or VPS) and there is no function to get a list of all services available for reselling.
